Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector (in risk management).
• Strong knowledge of requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).
• Hands-on experience with ICAAP / ILAAP / RCAAP implementation.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the Bank’s risk strategy: Design and implementation of a comprehensive risk management framework in line with regulatory requirements and international best practices.  
• Management of all types of risks: Identification, assessment, monitoring, and control of credit, market, operational, liquidity, and other risks.  
• Establishment and development of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework: Implementation of effective policies, procedures, and methodologies.  
• Risk appetite oversight: Definition, approval, and monitoring of the Bank’s risk appetite and key risk indicators (KRIs).  
• Stress testing, capital and liquidity management: Organization and oversight of:  
  • Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP);  
  • Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP);  
  • Participation in the Bank’s Recovery and Capital Action Plan (RCAAP).  
• Reporting and regulatory interaction: Preparation of reports for the Management Board, Supervisory Board, and the National Bank of Ukraine.  
• Participation in business decision-making: Risk assessment of new products, projects, and initiatives.  
• Leadership of the risk function: Team management and development of the risk management function.  
• Interaction with control functions: Cooperation with Internal Audit, Compliance, and other relevant departments.
