This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being close to the business, builds strong and trusted relationships with managers, and feels equally comfortable handling day-to-day HR topics and contributing to more strategic initiatives.

  • Has least 5 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Has experience partnering with managers and senior leadership and knows how to build credibility as a trusted business partner.
  • Has strong knowledge of performance management, talent management, employee relations, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Has experience working in a dynamic, international organization - experience in fintech or financial services would be an advantage.
  • Is comfortable working with HR data and people metrics and can translate insights into practical business recommendations.
  • Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Is proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Thrives in a changing environment and can effectively collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
  • Is fluent in English.
  • We would appreciate it if you could share your Gallup test or similar assessment results, if available. You can find a dedicated link in the application form on the next page.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted HR partner and advisor to managers across Technology, Product, and Growth.
  • Manage and support the full employee lifecycle – from onboarding and development through organizational changes and offboarding.
  • Advise managers on team structures, workforce planning, organizational changes, and effective resource allocation.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and managing performance.
  • Identify key talent and drive initiatives related to talent management, succession planning, and retention.
  • Support managers in employee and team development, including identifying development needs.
  • Manage employee relations, including supporting managers in resolving complex employee matters, conflicts, and workplace issues.
  • Support and lead organizational change, ensuring effective communication and successful implementation.
  • Analyze HR data and key people metrics, turning insights into actionable recommendations for the business.
  • Partner with Recruitment/Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and key recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR functions to ensure consistent and effective delivery of people processes.
  • Support managers in decisions related to compensation, promotions, and changes to employment terms, in line with ZEN policies.
  • Drive and support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, standards, and processes that meet the needs of a growing international organization.
  • Ensure HR activities are compliant with applicable regulations, internal policies, and ZEN standards.
