Join our new Digital & Mass B2B + Low-Risk E-commerce team, launching on 1 September 2026. You’ll handle standard KYC/KYB, periodic reviews and low-risk e-commerce assessments, identify and triage risks, escalate EDD cases, and ensure accurate, efficient delivery within SLA.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience (1–3 years) in Onboarding, KYC/KYB, or Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) within fintech or financial services.
• Core AML/Compliance Knowledge: Solid understanding of standard KYC/KYB processes across various legal entities and multi-jurisdictional frameworks.
• eCommerce & B2B Expertise: Hands-on experience with low-risk B2B periodic reviews and eCommerce merchant assessments (including MCC assignment, basic website checks, and exposure calculations).
• Risk Assessment & Triage: Ability to quickly identify risk indicators, perform initial data triage, and recognize when a case requires EDD escalation without over-investigating.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English to efficiently manage customer outreach and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills & Detail Orientation: High accuracy in post-account-opening data verification and spotting discrepancies in transactional or corporate documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Independently conduct standard KYC + standard KYB across jurisdictions/legal forms (standard risk).
• Execute standard B2B Periodic Reviews: risk, financial activity, compliance, business model, doc updates.
• Handle low-risk eCommerce: business model, transaction history, compliance, website check, MCC assignment, exposure calc (standard).
• Fast TRIAGE & TRANSFER (Model A): recognise EDD → transfer; no EDD execution.
• Post-account-opening verification of B2B/eCom data (standard).
• Customer/internal comms to resolve queries.
• Escalate suspicious/high-risk to TL; feed recurring issues to SME.
• Support Junior's onboarding; sustain high throughput within SLA.
