What you’ll do:

  • Help customers via chat and email
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically – no templates. We focus on real human connection.
  • Take initiative and share ideas – you’ll have real influence on what we do and how we do it.

What you won’t find here:

  • Rigid scripts and automated replies
  • Mindlessly closing tickets
  • Procedures that leave no room for initiative

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent in English (min. B2/C1) – both spoken and written
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or working with people
  • Open to shift work – morning (07:00–15:00), afternoon (15:00–23:00), or night (23:00–07:00) shifts, including weekends
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to change
