What you’ll do:
- Help customers via chat and email
- Communicate clearly and empathetically – no templates. We focus on real human connection.
- Take initiative and share ideas – you’ll have real influence on what we do and how we do it.
What you won’t find here:
- Rigid scripts and automated replies
- Mindlessly closing tickets
- Procedures that leave no room for initiative
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent in English (min. B2/C1) – both spoken and written
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or working with people
- Open to shift work – morning (07:00–15:00), afternoon (15:00–23:00), or night (23:00–07:00) shifts, including weekends
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to change
