We are seeking a talented Payment Settlements System Expert to lead the development of payment settlements solutions and FX-related features. As our Payment Settlements System Expert, you will play a pivotal role in defining and managing the evolution of our payment settlement platform, with a strong focus on ensuring multicurrency products align with the complexities of the FX market and settlements.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.
- Deep understanding of the FX market, including market dynamics and settlements, to design and define multicurrency products.
- Technical Requirements: Prepare and document clear and comprehensive technical requirements for our technology department (developers), ensuring that they have a clear understanding of the product specifications and objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA, Conduct workshops with our development teams.
- Backlog Management: Maintain a well-prioritized product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the product strategy.
- Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Settlements Solution in line with business goals.
- Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities.
- Release Planning: Coordinate release planning and delivery, ensuring that releases meet quality and timeline expectations.
- User Experience: Advocate for exceptional user experience and ensure that the product meets usability and design standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, economy, technology).
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the eCommerce industry.
- Strong understanding of payment settlements, financial systems, and eCommerce platforms.
- Extensive background in the FX area, with a deep knowledge of FX products and markets.
- Good organisation, planning of own work and effective use of time.
- High communication skills.
- Willingness to self-development and acquire new skills.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
