We're looking for Product Owner - Marketplace Models and Payments Solutions to join our team in Poland (remote). If you're seeking for a challenging projects in a start-up environment with high autonomy and ownership this offer is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Model Leadership: Take the lead in defining, designing, and managing solutions for the marketplace model, which is a core component of our eCommerce platform.
- Payment Solutions Integration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of payment gateway services, payment accounts, and settlement solutions within the marketplace model and across other eCommerce scenarios.
- Solution Design: Apply your deep understanding of marketplace dynamics to design and define solutions that meet the unique needs of marketplace operators and users.
- Technical Requirements: Prepare and document clear and comprehensive technical requirements for our technology department (developers), ensuring that they have a clear understanding of the product specifications and objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA, Conduct workshops with our development teams.
- Roadmap Contribution: Contribute to the product roadmap by providing insights and recommendations based on your expertise in marketplace models and payment solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements, use cases, and user stories for all eCommerce solutions, particularly within the marketplace context.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that the final products meet the defined requirements for marketplace models and payment solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, economy, technology).
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the eCommerce industry.
- In-depth knowledge of marketplace models, payment gateway services, payment accounts, and settlement solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good organisation, planning of own work and effective use of time.
- High communication skills.
- Willingness to self-development and acquire new skills.
- Ability to work under time pressure.
