Location: Poland (remote)
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a product roadmap for card related solutions, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities.
- Work alongside engineering teams to execute and deliver on the value-added services roadmap consisting of integration with various processors and vendors.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.
- Maintain a well-prioritized product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the product strategy.
- Prepare and document clear and comprehensive technical requirements
- Managing third party relationships with service providers and card schemes.
- User Experience: Advocate for exceptional user experience and ensure that the product meets usability and design standards.
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in Product Manager / Owner role in card solutions area, as well experience in implementing new financial products and features
- Understanding of all aspects of card issuing, payments and value-added services.
- Understanding of the technical aspects of new financial products implementation
- Good knowledge of card schemes and market innovations
- Good organization, planning of own work and effective use of time
