Senior Sales Development Manager in Singapore

You will accelerate commercial momentum and revenue growth for ZEN.COM in Singapore, with scope to expand into Southeast Asia as the business scales. You will own the full commercial cycle from origination to contract execution and onboarding, building ZEN.COM's enterprise and enterprise-1 merchant and partner base in the market. Working with Product, Operations, Risk and Compliance, you will design tailored solutions across acquiring, payment acceptance, business banking, issuing, FX and cross-border payments.

This is a hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. You must have the necessary permits & status to be employed in Singapore for this role. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years in business development, enterprise sales or strategic partnerships, ideally in payments, fintech, banking, SaaS or digital commerce.
• A proven track record of acquiring and growing enterprise merchants in Singapore.
• An established network across Singapore's merchant, platform and fintech ecosystem.
• A strong understanding of payments and eCommerce, including acquiring, payment gateways, APMs and cross-border payments.
• Demonstrated delivery against revenue and processing volume targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong consultative selling, solution design and negotiation skills, with experience closing complex commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience working with multinational clients and operating in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools.
• Autonomy and adaptability in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities:

• Self-prospect, build and manage the e-commerce merchant acquiring pipeline from prospecting through contract execution and onboarding.
• Forecast sales performance and report pipeline and results to senior leadership.
• Position ZEN.COM's full product suite as tailored solutions: acquiring, payment acceptance, business banking, issuing, FX and cross-border payments.
• Prepare proposals and commercial offers, and lead negotiations
• Work with Product, Marketing, Operations, Risk and Compliance to align client requirements with platform capabilities and deliver successful launches.
• Continually analyse Singapore market trends, customer data and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
• Contribute to ZEN.COM's APAC growth strategy, including expansion into Southeast Asian markets.
