Business Development Director–Digital Assets & Gaming (Poland/Remote)

At ZEN.COM, we're looking for an experienced Business Development Director to drive growth across our Digital Assets & Gaming verticals. This role is ideal for a commercial leader with a strong background in payments, fintech and high-risk industries, who enjoys building strategic partnerships and winning enterprise clients.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development within FinTech, Payments or Banking.
• Strong background in Digital Assets, Crypto, Gaming, Forex or Digital Media.

• In-depth knowledge of card acquiring, payment orchestration and alternative payment methods.

• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with C-level stakeholders.

• An established network among enterprise merchants, payment providers and industry partners.

• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.

• Proven track record of consistently exceeding commercial targets.

• Fluent English and willingness to travel.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of high-risk acquiring, fraud prevention, chargeback mitigation, player payment journeys and multi-jurisdiction licensing will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the Digital Assets & Gaming verticals.
• Identify new business opportunities, target markets and revenue streams.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise merchants and strategic partners.
• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and solution design to negotiations and contract execution.
• Achieve revenue, Gross Profit and processing volume targets.
• Grow existing merchant relationships by increasing wallet share and promoting additional ZEN products.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments.
