Requirements:

• Higher education in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field.
• Experience in the banking or financial sector will be considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) regulatory requirements related to information security and cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of network security, access management, and information systems protection principles.
• Experience with international standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, and NIST will be considered an advantage.
• Experience working with regulators, external auditors, and supervisory authorities will be an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, responsibility, leadership, and organizational skills.
  
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, manage, and supervise the activities of the Bank's Information Security Department.
• Ensure the effective operation of the Bank's information security and cybersecurity framework.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal policies, procedures, and regulatory documentation related to information security.
• Ensure compliance with Ukrainian legislation and National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) regulations in the field of information security and cybersecurity.
• Organize information security monitoring processes and coordinate responses to cybersecurity incidents.
• Ensure the protection of the Bank's information systems, network infrastructure, and confidential information.
• Manage information security risks and participate in the Bank's operational risk management processes.
• Oversee access management processes and the protection of personal data.
• Cooperate closely with the IT Department, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, and other business units.
• Participate in internal and external audits, as well as regulatory inspections.
• Prepare reports and present information security updates to the Bank's management.
